  2. If we receive scores below the minimum passing grade of a C, we shall investigate the root cause of the poor performance. Based on the findings of the investigation, we shall provide a refund to the customer either in whole or in part. 
  3. Imagine a scenario where you submit an assignment only to find out that all of the content was generated by an AI and plagiarized. As a result, you may face consequences such as a loss of grade or even disciplinary action. We will offer you a full refund if we fail to meet this guarantee.

You Are Not Entitled To A Refund If:

  1. Many students fail to provide complete details of their assignments, which can lead to lower grades or even failure. This is often because they do not specify the required specifications and guidelines for their work. As a result, it can be difficult for their instructors to understand what is required of them, leading to subpar work and poor grades. 
  2. The student had either changed their password, preventing us from accessing the necessary materials to complete the assignment or had delayed their payment, resulting in a pause in our work. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we could not finish the assignment due to the sudden work stoppage. However, a last-minute payment was eventually made, though it came too late for us to complete the assignment on time.
  3. It should be noted that the grades assigned to the team’s submitted assignment were A, B, or C. Nevertheless, the student’s overall grades are currently failing due to the completion of the remaining coursework by the student himself/herself. It is essential to remember that achieving an A or B grade is only possible when the team completes the entire coursework.
  4. If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, please note that your request must be lodged within thirty (30) days of the date you made the order. Please mark the mail with the correct date, as any requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
