Who sees it

The expert can see your assignment brief, files, and deadlines. They will see your first name and last initial, and an alias email ID that forwards to your real inbox. The experts will not see your real full name, real email, billing address, or payment details. They are under contract, which states that they cannot keep or reuse your work.

Companies that help us run the business — our hosting provider, payment processor, email service, live chat, and analytics tools. They can only use your information to do a job for us, and nothing else.

Nobody else — unless the law requires it (a court order, for example), or we need to protect someone’s safety, or we’re defending a legal claim. If we ever have to hand over your information and we’re allowed to tell you, we will.

We do not sell your personal information. We don’t rent or trade it either.

Your dashboard and your security

Every registered user gets a personal dashboard holding their orders, files, and messages in one place.

Everything you share with us is encrypted using TLS [1.2 or higher].
All your files and account details are encrypted when they are stored on our servers using AES-256
You will have your unique login ID and password to access the dashboard. Our support team will only open your account when they need to do a job you have asked for or to look into a security problem. However, we will ask you first where we can before accessing your dashboard.

Course login details

In the cases where you have ordered a take my online class service that needs us to access your course platform, you can choose to give us your login. Here’s how we go about it:

We store the information separately from the normal account data, and it is completely encrypted
The person working on your order can only access it and use it for that order
We will delete the information in a few days after completing your order
We will not use it for anything other than the service you have ordered

We request that you change the password once the order is done.

Please note: Your school or platform might have rules about password sharing. Therefore, it is completely up to you if you want to share the information with us.

Sometimes we are unable to delete everything, and payment records have to stay for seven years if the tax law mandates it. In that case, we will delete whatever we can and inform you about the information we kept and the reason behind it.

If we say no and you think we are wrong, reply with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line, and someone else will look at it.

Under 18s

Our services are for adults. You must be 18 or older to register, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

If we find out a user is under 18, we’ll close the account and delete their information. If you think a child has signed up, tell us at info@buyonlineclass.com, and we will deal with it.

Other websites

Our site links out to other places, like social media, WhatsApp, and so on. Once you’re there, their rules apply, not ours. We can’t control what they do with your information, so it’s worth reading their policies too.

We’ll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top always tells you when it last happened.
